Transfer orders can't be created directly from user decision QA11

In IQC process for one inspection lot execute usage decision(QA11) and the decision is to execute different inspection result(some quantity are moved to UU stock, some quantity moved to block stocku2026),the stock canu2019t move to the right destination directly. Only two post change notices are generated. We must execute u201CLU04u201D to create transfer order to move to the right destination bin based on the two post change notice. If we do user decision(QA11) for the full QTY of the inspection lot with one inspection result(move all the QTY in the inspection lot to UU or block), the put-away TO can be generated to move the material to the right destination bin directly.

We expect the putaway TO can be created immediately to move the material to the destination bin after user decision for diffirent inspection result.

If we do user decision(QA11) for the full QTY of the inspection lot with one kind of inspection result(move all the QTY in the inspection lot to UU or block), the put-away TO can be generated to move the material to the right destination bin immediately.

Anyone can give some help and instruction ? Tks

Hi,

I had the similar issue ,it is not possible for system to recognise quant from which material to be rejected & accepted when you take different inspection results. You have to go in LU04 & create transfer order manually. While in case of full acceptance (UU)or full rejection(block stock) system create TO automatically.

So whatever you are experimenting is right.

It is not possible in Standard .You can create "z Transaction " and call LU04 .Hope it wll help you...!please let me know if it works...!
