TMS Configure for 2 System QA and DEV problem

Our Domain control is DEV, which configured correctly. When I try to add my qa system to DEV Domain controler, it is asking to enter the username and password. Any idea why it is asking? I always configured which never asked for username or password to DEV system. Even after I entered teh user name and password i went to create and release a transport I get this error. Any idea?

Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0012
Message no. TK094

Diagnosis
Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.

Calling the transport control program tp
   "tp EXPCHK BIDK903833 pf=\\saptst\bi\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_BID.PFL -Dtransd"

which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:

Return code from tp: 0012

Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.

System Response
Further processing is terminated.

Procedure
Check the following points:

Feasibility of the transport control program tp
Parameter settings in the transport profile
Availability of the transport directory and the subdirectories (cofiles, data, log, sapnames, bin)
Write authorization for the subdirectories
Write authorization for the files of the subdirectories cofiles, data, log, sapnames
Release the request again when the error has been removed

How do you come with this error please get back to. Today I to facing the similary problem. It will be great help me at right the movement.

How are you adding your QA to Dev. I would suggest to do the following:

- Go to QA 000 and delete the TMS configuration

- Add QA again to domain controller whcih is DEV (you are still in QA)

- Go to Dev 000 and accept the confg by Dev and distribute it

I dont think it will ask you for any user id password as TMSADM takes care of such things also if it asks then provide DDIC or any other supper user id and it should be in 000
