Hi,

The Inbound message are not passing in PI QA system. While check the queues in smq2, the status is in READY. Need to manually process the messages.

Tried registering the inbound scheduler in SMQR. But still not working.

Any idea?

1. Go to SXMB_ADM -- > Manage Queue

2. Check all the queues if not checked and then Registration. If already checked then click on QRFC-Monitor.

3. You would see list of queue's registered. Verify the Client number of the system you logged in and client number shows on the queues are

same. If they are same then go to SMQR check all the queues and then click on Register. The Scheduler status should be "INACTIV".

4. Suppose if the Client number of the system you logged in and client number shows on the queues are different. Then come back to

SXMB_ADM -- > Manage Queue. Uncheck all the queues and Register once and Again check all the queues and Register.

5.Go to SMQR , here you would see the Client number of the system you logged in and client number shows on the queues are same.

Check all the queues and then click on Register. The Scheduler status should be "INACTIV".

Try to unlock the queue, select refresh and see if it works. Do it without activating. If it doesn't work then activate the queue.
