Do you mean an entity relationship diagram? If yes, then - by default non-existing. Tables come and go with supportpackages...

Take e. g. transaction VA01 - there may be some hundred or even thousands of database table fields involved, if you count the customizing too. The question is: what do you call "a transaction"?

This is configurable. Some companies have e. g. "credit management group" mandatory, others not.
