Idoc in XI not received

Hy,

I'm set XI BPM to receive Idoc from a ERP System. I send Idoc from ERP with WE19 to test te scenario. The Idoc ist correctly send but I cannot see it into the XI Idoc Adapter. The configuration of Port,RFc and Partner ist correct.

Cold somebody help me.

Hi Mattia,

Go to IDX5 and see if you can see the indound idoc there? do you see any error message in sxmb_moni?

See this post for everything you need to setup.

Check the adapter log for the idoc adapter. That should give a hint.

You have probably forgot to setup the port, or setup it wrong.

Hi Mattia,

In WE20 of R/3 , enter Idoc message type for both inbound and outbound tables.

Then check with IDX5 and check for the Idoc message.

Check the connection in SM59-R/3 connections(RFC destination test)

Assumption- Logical system is created using Tcode-BD54.

Check for SM59 and IDX1 entry in the XI system.

Metadata entry is there in IDX2 of XI system(it is not required to do explicitly, but sometimes cache will not refresh)

Hi Mattia,

Pls do check the following.

1. In WE02 of your sending system check the status of the IDoc you have sent. It should be 03 if it was sent to external system.

2. Check in SM58 of your sender system whether there is any trfc entries struck up.

3. Check in the SXMB_MONI of the sender and XI system whether messages have come or not and decide based on their status what has gone wrong if any failure is there.

4. In SM59 of sender check whether the port and the rfc destination are working properly and also the login id used to login to XI is having relevant authorizations. It should be something like a RFCUSER having CPIC profile.

it should work from we19 .

Hi Mattia,

The we19 transaction had not worked for us too. It did work for certain senario. Do try triggering an idoc using BD transcation by either creating a variant or using existing ones.

Do check the status of the Idoc you had sent in transaction WE02.

Hi Mattia,

Even when i did a simillar scenario i faced a problem like this....so what i did was i triggred the idoc using a variant and it worked.....so just see if that is the case even with you.

Hi,

Go to sm58 of the sender SAP system and check whether there is some error or not. Check in SXMB_MONI(of XI server) to see whether IDOC have reached XI or not.
