How to Clear Stock from QI without Inspection Lot

Dear Sir,

We have a situation where after GR material is lying in QI but there is no Inspection Lot genertated against the same . At present in Material Master Quality View , the Inspection Option is also enabled .

So we tried to transfer the Stock from QI to Unr using MB1B movement 321Q . But it is not allowing , then we tried to disable the Quality View also but that is also not being allowed .

Kindly guide us , as how can we bring the Stock from QI to Unr Stock .

Hi, B Mittal,

Probably this may work for you,

1. Try MB1B 321 movement. Donu2019t use 321 with Q.

2. This problem will not be resolved by deactivating quality view as one can not deactivate the QM view unless the stock in inspection becomes empty.

3. If this does not work refer note number 48815 - Inconsistencies between MM and QM

You can check SAP Note 208100 - Missing inspection lots during GR for order also.
