How to open a OSS message without having recorded system?

We are SAP partners but we do not have a system recorded with our number of installation.

To open a message it is obligatory to choose a system.

Who knows the way to do it?

Hello,

There is no way to open OSS Message with SAP w/o any system name.

Atleast a sandbox is required.
