Hi folks,
Can anyone send me the standard list of subject, priority and category in service desk ( Solution Manager). Our configuration for the transaction type SLFN has been changed.
The standard status profile, SLFN0001 has been accidently changed. We want to *propose the standard list of subjects, priorities and categories to the client but unable to do so because of the unavailability of the standard configuration. If you have access to the Solution Manager system then you can check that in the transaction u201Cnotif_createu201D and can send all the entries.

Hi,
in which client you did the changes?
If you changed the customizing in client 001 you shurly have the standard customizing still in client 000.
