Service Desk BC Set Activation

Dear Experts,

when activating the BC Set SOLMAN40_SDESK_BASICFUNC_000 there are warnings popping up in the following items:

Warning 1: COMV_TEXT_CUST Type C

--> "View COMV_TEXT_AS: View cluster COMV_TEXT_CUST does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View COMV_TEXT_ASD: View cluster COMV_TEXT_CUST does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View COMV_TEXT_ASF: View cluster COMV_TEXT_CUST does not contain data at all levels"

Warning 2: CRMV_ITEM_MA Type C

--> "View CRMV_DUMMY_ITEM: View cluster CRMV_ITEM_MA does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View CRMV_OPPORT_ITEM: View cluster CRMV_ITEM_MA does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View CRMV_SERVICE_I: View cluster CRMV_ITEM_MA does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View CRMV_SRVCONF_I: View cluster CRMV_ITEM_MA does not contain data at all levels"

--> "View CRMV_ACTIVITY_I: View cluster CRMV_ITEM_MA does not contain data at all levels"

Warning 4: VC_NOTIF Type C

Any idea where these warnings are coming from?

As a consequence we are facing issues with the support message creation in the satellite systems (error 513)

Hi,

The warnings are standard and come due to the fact that the BC Set cannot contain any values for the views that are being activated.

The values will be added to the views once you import the piece list transport after the activation in expert mode.

The warnings are standard and should not affect the normal functioning of Support Desk as long as you have the transport imported in the working client.

We solved the error 513 now - it was due to authorization problems!
