Webdms-digital signature

Hi Experts

I have a doubt in configuring Webdms.

We have configured a document type and a digital signature strategy also in spro and it is working fine in SAP GUI.

But in WebDms when the document reached the digital signature status only a popup is appearing that digital signature has to be done.

But i couldnt find where/how to give the digital signature credentials.

Plz give ur inputs

Hello Prasad,

Digital signature is nothing but approval from some superior for the document.

When any user gets pop up for digital signature, user has to enter the password which he uses for system login.

I hope this solves your problem.

I know the digital signature functionality in SAP DMS.

But here iam talking about *webdms*

In sap gui-digital signature we can click on the tick mark and give our credentials na

but in webdms i didnt find the tick mark kind of thing to execute the digital signature.
