Partial Billing is not created

Hi Gurus

i have created partial qty billing document for delivery document.

Delivery document qty is 10 billing document qty is 05 still there is 5 qty in delivery document but while doing billing for pending 5 qty. system gives an error that you delivery has been fully invoiced.

Can any body tell me the solution??

Hi Raj,

Please check the document flow.It it is partially processed means you can again create the billing document.

Check whether your Billing quantity field contains options "B" or not in copying control "VTFL" for your valid combination.If not maintain as option "B".

Go to VF01.

Enter your delivery number and then press enter.

Save.

Thanks Mohan,

I have checked the VTFL setting billing qty field contains option "B" but when i checking document flow at delivery document it is showing me completed.

Can u please explain me more about this???

Hi Raj,

May I know what is the completion rule for your item.

Check it in VOV7 T.Code for your item category.

It should be "B(Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced)".

If is not having option "B",pls maintain it as "B".

Save.

Hi Ray,

check the field Relevant for Billing in T.Code VOV7 for your item category. It have to be K in order to allow partical billing.
