We are giving service
client owns 25 cranes
on request of customer he will send the cranes to customer palce to do some work and he will charge
based on no of days used
he is supposed to have a contract with customer like AMC for one year or two year
to decide on prices of day charges eg Rs., 6000 per day which is for two years
if customer uses for 10 days client will invoice customer customer for 10 * 6000 = 60,000
which will be paid by the customer to client
contract to fix the price of day usage so that after one or two month he should not increase the prices and also whatever time customer contacts service should be provided within 2 hours
How to proceed with this in service contract
Thanks and regards
Rajesh
