General: Question on Visual Administrator Structure

Hi,

I would like to know why all the managers are categorized in to the visual administrator under kernel? Is there any specific reason behind it?

Rather if we take Config tool , the managers are categorized under the tree Managers.

Please let me know whether is there any special reason behind this!

HI,

I feel that, as configtool is an Offline configuration tool it has Tree structure for managers. But where as Visual admin accepts dynamic changes to the parameters. So, Mangers under Visual admin are classified under Kernel .

In configtool, whenever we nake any changes, we need to restart the J2ee engine.
