Shopping Cart error "Data not found"

Hi,

we are facing an issue while creating a shopping cart in the EP (SRM 7.0). Once we choose to create a shopping cart, a pop up comes up stating "Error: no data found" and we cannot proceed in the SHC creation.

Can you please help us?

at the moment we implement SRM 7.0 with Netweaver Portal 7.01 and I have the same issue. How did you solve it ?

In order for the issue to be resolved at my company, we had to change the IE settings to select u201COverride automatic cookie handlingu201D and u201CAlways allow session cookiesu201D. It's located under privacy settings and set it so all cookies are allowed for those sites.

Hi Mechele,

There are some mandatory attributes, we have to maitain that attributes

like KNT, BUK,CNT,ITS_DEST,PRI,BSA,FORWARD_WI,BWA,SYS,ACS and ROLE

check the above attribute are maitained or not

Please check user attributes once again in pposa_bbp. This problem specific to one user or for every user.

Please check Org attributes.
