Hello,

There is sometime a certificate ( resale for example)need to included with the sales order, what other way is to handle that other than attaching a document with sales order, the thing is we need to enter the certificate # and some other fields from the certificate in to the sales order.

Hi,

Yes u can use the field VERSION in the sales tab of header data and in the order data tab NAME and YOUR REFERENCE all are text fields u can use for ur purpose.
