This note is a composite note of all the notes and I checked all the notes that are contained in it and found out that these notes are not needed as those corrections are allready present as part of the support packages. but when I downloaded this (not yet implemented) - SNOTE indicates that it can be implemented. So my question is do I still need to implement this note even though the corrections are present in the system as part of the support packages.

Please suggest

There is no harm to implement this note as the system has all the corrections with SP, this note will cross check if something is missing and the correction will be implement in your system.

This note says that it ensures that all the notes are implemented in the system which are listed. So i dont understand should i still implement it or not otherwise it should have shown that it cannot be implemented in SNOTE

If the note is included in a SP that is already on your system then you don't need to import the note via SNOTE
