RFC user roles and authorizations

Dear all,

We have configured a RFC user in XI RFC channel for sending alerts.

The recepients for the alert will be determined through a routing rule which has been configured in the XI ABAP engine using some transactions. But when a normal user is configured, it doesn't throw any error and the alert is sent properly to the recepients.

When we test the interface, we get an error saying

"(104) RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Alert has no recipients".

If a similar error was encountered earlier, please provide your inputs to resolve it.

Please provide me the default roles and authorizations to be given for a XI RFC Service User.

Did you associated the required mail id for the user with which you logged in
