Hi

One of my user of APO System able to access the transaction too long then another users. Same transaction he use to access in 3 Sec but now same transaction took more than 30 u2013 40 sec.

OS HP UX

DB ORACLE 10i

Please help me in this regards to track the issue.

You can trace from st05 or st12 and check the execution plan for that transaction/program, you will get some idea on why its taking so long.

There is so much to talk on this. It may be a cause of support pack applied recently, kernel upgrade, database size increased, tabelspace full, network issue and many more. Best place to start is from ST03N transaction and find out whats happening and proceed step by step. Check the Early watch also to get a better idea what is causing issue.

you can also check the SAPGUI version and network connection for the users. or is there anything else running on the suffered users system, check in Task Manager, sometime Virus scan will occupy all the CPU utilizations and Users will face slowness issue with there system.
