Hi gurus,

When i give the Reconcillation account number in customer creation the following message appear.

No entry options available

Message no. FH406

Pls help me

Hi

check the account group reconciliation account is maintained as optional/display/required, it should be required, now try to create the customer,

in g/l account you need to maintain the reconciliation account

Hi

Please check the table SKB1 in transaction code SE16. Put your Reconciliation Acc. No. in the field SAKNR(G/L Accoun) and execute if the said recon. account do not exist in the table SKB1 then ask your FI consultant to provide you the correct Recon Account.
