Can you pls help me in getting the belw info

1) I would like to know in which table does the value we enter in the t-code cj40 gets stored.

U need input object number of WBS or Network Activity

In this field we enter sender cost Ctr and Sender Act.Typ. Is there any table for same for PS?

If you want which tables are updated after triggering transaction code, you can activate trace by st05 t.code before running your transaction and deactivate the trace immediately after completing the transaction and go to display trace in st05 you will get all the tables used for your transaction.
