SRM bid invitation Form

Hi Gurus

In SRM 5.5 , when the Bid invitation form is send to Bidder through e-mail as attachment . There is also text which goes to the Bidder e-mail box.

From where this text is coming in the e-mail which goes to the bidder?. Is it standard SRM functionality? If we need to change it how can we do so?

If you want to change email text for bid invitation, then you would need to modify smartform BBP_OUTPUT_COVER. Go into txn-smartforms and modify the standard text.

Hi Ashish,

It is the smartform where all the text is present. The standard smartform for BID Invitation is BBP_BID_INVITATION.

You can copy this smartform into a Z smart form and then you can call it in BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF.
