Dear Nirmala

if your requirement if to raise a multiple notification against a inspection lot then please do the following setting

Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot Processing > Inspection Lot Creation > Maintain inspection types

choose the insepction type and untick one Q notification per inspection lot

You will be able to trigger multiple notification by this

Hi Nirmala,

If I understand you correctly, you need to issue Notification to multiple people for a Defect in Production/Procurement.

If this be the case you can assign Partners in the notification header and assign workflow to issue Mail notification to these guys in SAP Inbox.

Your question needs a little more clarification.

Please elaborate more.
