Unable to View Proforma List in VF05

Hi SD Experts,

Why am i unable to view the list of created Pro Forma invoice in t.code VF05? Even when all search criteria are entered, it is still unable to give me a worklist.

Is there some sort of bug? Or is it SAP standard that you cant view?

Please advise.

Hi,

Generally as per standard SAP you can not view Proforma invoices in VF05.The reason is it don't have any accounting relavance.

VF05N may not be helpful for proforma invoices, try with SE16 and VBRK table.

Hi Lee,

Use tcode SE16>enter table vbrk>enter the proforma billing type>execute

You shall find the proforma billing documents

this should solve your requirement,if yes, let me know.

Yes it is a standard that you cannot view proformas in VF05. The reason is that VF05 is to list all billing documents and in SAP proformas are not considered as billing documents. If you want have a report, you can develop with tables VBRK and VBRP.

Dear Lee,

Try in T code SE16N, enter the table name VBRK and proforma billing type. you will get the list.
