Hi,

A BS was deleted few weeks back and in place a new BS was used. But in MONI, some messages are in error and it is reflecting the old BS. But other interfaces are working fine with the new BS.

I have checked for this old BS in the Objects tab under ID as well as in SLD also but the old BS is also not there. Only in the MONI it is showing for some interfaces. Cache is also updated. Please updated.

Hi Kanan,

Basically you have to go for SXI_CACHE and have a look at :

1. Receiver determination.

2. Interface determination.

3. sender agreement.

4.receiver agreement.

5. mapping.

6. software comp.

7. integration processs.

All the above in cache should be in success state and there should not be any error.

In case of any error then go to IR and ID and check

Environment ->cache notification...

all of the entries here must be in green state.

if they are not select them and do -repeat cache notifications.

And also finally do a CPA cache refresh.

WHERE do you see that BS? As sender? Ok then ask the sender of messages to change.

As receiver? Then select Receiver determination with sending BS, interface and namespace and change the receiving system.

Hi,

Go to Integration Directory.Find the environment.In that choose clear sld cache.

Go to runtime work beanch.Select administrator.Choose directory.Select cache overview.

Refresh sld cache.
