Problems with web services in NWDS

Hi All

Am facing a lot of problems with web services in NWDS.

1)

Sometimes in NWDS, in the web service navigator, when i click on the node 'Local Server', the error comes up up ::

Error connecting to server 'http://<machine name>:<http port>

(http://<machine name>:<http port>/inspection.wsil)

com.sap.engine.services.wbeservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCode

Invalid Response Code: (503) Service Unavailable.

When i try to run the main page in the browser say 'localhost:<http port>', the following error comes up :

503 Service Unavailable SAP J2EE Engine/7.00

Application cannot be started.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Error in starting application [sap.com/com.sap.engine.docs.examples].

3)

I stopped the Web Services Container service in the visualadmin tool and restarted that. After restarting it i was not able to see the web services in the web service tab.

The server is running when i chk that in the SAP MMC.

Please help me on this.

Hi Bhupesh,

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

503 service unavailable is:

The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay.

Try to stop ur server and restart it again,so that the load is minimized.
