Ibase not Active

Hi All,

I'm trying to create Maintenance Optimizer Transaction in Solman 7.0 but i get this error message 'Current IBase component is not in active IBase'. All Ibase for each system already created in my system, and I already done all step in sapnote 1030498 but still get the error message. Does anybody know how to solve this?

solved, i create new Ibase with EXT_IBASE as external ID, and now all system created in SMSY will always generate ibase component automatically.
