Is there a way I can get the results in V.21 as an email?

Hi,

After execution of the V.21, in the display window, go to menu List -> Print.

In the PrintALVList window, in the output device field, enter MAIL as printer name. Just hit enter button. The system will display next field as Mail address, where in you can enter any mail address that you want to send the report as .pdf attachment. Then click on the continue button. The system will trigger the email within some time, depending on how your system is set-up.

This is SAP standard functionality. You can check with your Basis person about MAIL printer.

Thank you for the response. This has helped. But another question I have is I would like to see the actual documents that errored out. When you go to v.21 and execute there is a little blue i which is the (notes) button on the top that will show you the documents in error. This is what I would like to see. If that is not possible than I can deal with what you have showed me.
