smart form printing issue

Dear All,

We are trying to print the Invoice(smart form). Now we have no issues when we try with locl.

But when i try to print on fixed printer the alignment gets disturbed. Then the basis Person changed the device type and it was ok. But i am not able to get the printout.

1) when alignment gets disturbed in sap -

i am able to print from printer (printout is not aligned properly)

2) when alignment is perfect in sap----i am not able to get the print out.(no printout gets generated).

we are using HP 4250 laserjet.

In both the above scenarios we are able to get the OUTPUT REQUEST(SP01,SP02)

Please let us know what could be wrong.

take the spool number and convert to PDF using RSTXPDFT4 then check you print through PDF file if your alignment disturbed , then we confirm that is printer problem...

Use the printer name assigned to HP Laser not the LOCL.

also check the printer name assigned to LOCL.

You should always try to print your document using SAP configured printer. Try to make alignments according to SAP configured printer.
