Reveice error in default trace. What is it associated with?

"Can not load table description for table BC_CMSRTS exc: The SQL statement "SELECT * FROM "BC_CMSRTS"" contains the semantics error[s]: table "BC_CMSRTS" unknown".

I am running WAS 6.40 SP13 on Oracle 9.2.7

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Same problem here in an upgrade from SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SPS15/BI17 to SAP EHP1 for NetWeaver 7.0 SPS5. During the upgrade JSPM version changes from 7.00.4 to 7.01.5, and it seems that sapsr3db.bc_cmsrts is missing from database, any news regarding your problem? I hope it's fixed now, as your post is from 2006...
