Issue in Java Addin Installation /sapinst crashed

Hi Friends,

I am installing Java Addin to ECC SR3 (Solaris Sparc 5.10 and Oracle 10.2) and it is failing with following issue:

I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same issue (different installation thought). Thus, would like to know did you ever have the chance to solve the issue? Your reply would be a big help!

Did you clean /tmp during the installation to get more space? Try to restart the installtion

Installation is crashing when it is trying to execute BAPI_USER_EXISTENCE_CHECK Functional module. As this system is upgraded system there is some change happened on that particular code... I have taken the help from ABAPer and fixed the issue. Then I have started CI Addin Installation.. Then I am facing current issue.

This function module will check whether USER ID is existing or notu2026Jus execute that ID and provide some user ID ..It will show whether User is available or notu2026
