ERP Installation MS SQL server 2005

Hi gurus,

Can anyone tell me is it possible to install SAP ERP 2005 with MS SQL sever 2005 STANDARD edition? In the installation guide, I only see MS SQL server 2005 Enterprise edition.

Hi,

Thats correct. You can only install enterprise edition.

While it is possible to install on to other versions of SQL Server 2005 (standard, etc.), SAP will only support installs that are on the Enterprise version of SQL Server.
