Hi,
Check if there is sufficient authorization (SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE) for the RFC User (The RFC maintained in BCOS_CUST).
Feel free to revert back.

I would like to ask, does the problem come too if you assign SAP_ALL authorization to the RFC user in the solution manager system?
If the problem does not come than this is an autorization problem.
Than please remove the SAP_ALL from the related user and assign only the following roles:
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_CREATE
After that please check the following authorization objects in the
PFCG:
SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_CREATE
Cross-application Authorization Objects
- Follow-Up Functions for Notifications
Notification Type: SLF1 (Assign the value SLF1!!!!)
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
CRM component:
- CRM Component
Authorization Object CRM Order - Visibility in Org. Model
Business Transaction Type: SLFN (this was missing)!!!!
you have to maintain the SLFN.
It is very useful for me.
I search the SAP note of this issue, and will be a note:498984.However,when I implement following this note, the issue still exist.
This artic remind me to check the RFC user's authorization,so i just add sap_all to RFC user in Solution manager ,the issue was solved.Thanks.

Hi Alexander,
Was your problem solved by adding authorization??
I am also facing the same error that you were facing: error 513.
Please let me know to which user, you assigned which roles and also in which system.
Because I am unable to find these roles such as SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE in the satellite systems. Kindly advice.
Thanks & Regards,
Kunal.
Check that RFC user has role (SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE) and if after giving this role also you get error confirm by PFCG that you have selected all actvities in this role.

Hi,
You must have define action profile and condition for action. Now select standard action "Create/change crm message from basis" and define condition for that. Activate this action and then check.
