Unlock and Reset UserID only

Hello,

I wanted to generate a profile that will let user to unlock and reset password on their own without accessing inside SU01. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

You can create customised program so that user can unlock and reset the passwords by there own.

Good point Sneha, Jay do you want the ability for users to reset their own passwords or other peoples passwords, it makes a big difference....

Hi

1. Create a role with SU01 in it

2. Inactivate all authorisation objects except S_USER_GRP

3. Allow only activity 05 and the relevant user groups.

4. Make sure the users don't have the other S_USER* auth objects in their other roles

This will give you a role which will allow reset & lock/unlock but not able to see data in SU01
