Unable to open PDF documents uploaded in solution manager using RMMAIN

Hi Experts,

I am not able to open the PDF document uploaded to solution manager using t-code RMMAIN where as the MS-Word and Excel documents are opening.

Could someone help us by providing your valuable feedback.

Hi,

Do you have "Adobe Acrobat reader" or any PDF reader installed in your LOCAL PC?

Do you get any error while opening?

Dear Ragu,

Thanks for your reply. PDF reader has been installed. The error we are getting is "Log on failed"

further " Call on URL "..............." terminated due to error in logon data"

Looks like you do not have permission to read/open those documents.

Either give correct permissions to the user or to those documents.
