Email Notification for RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL

Hi,

I have a requirement that after the program RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL evaluates the reply e-mail, an email notification regarding the status of Shopping Cart be will be send to the Requester. Does the program RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL has a User Exit or BADI I can use. Thank you in advance.

i am afraid , there is no badi called after RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL.

this report is used only to send the mails for the approvers to approve the shopping carts , might be you can make copy of the standard report , and include your code for sending the status of the shopping carts to the requestor.

How about using standard notification email when approved or rejected?

1. Check Event Schema ID

IMG: SRM -> Cross-Application -> Event and Event Schema Alert Management

2. Assign Event Schema ID to Transaction Type

IMG: SRM -> Cross-Application -> Define Transaction Type

3. Configure Notification setting

IMG: SRM -> Cross-Application -> SAP Business Workflow -> Define Recipient for Notification
