connection to DOE from NWDS error 3300 port

Hi All,

I am getting this error when i am connecting from my NWDS 7.1 to DOE server. i am able to access my DOE server through SAP GUI and also the required services like administration etc throught the http access. But only not able to connect through NWDS. The required ports have been opened from the network persons end. like 3300 and 3399

this is the error i am getting

Unable to connect to DOE. Please check:

1) connection settings to DOE;

2) network connection;

3) avaialbility of DOE server.

Dear Srikumar,

Please request your BASIS administrator to check whether the port 3300 of the NetWeaver Mobile Server is open and is not being blocked by the server firewall. I think that should solve the issue.

Edit: Just as a reference, check my post in your earlier thread. The group policy might have blocked the port in question. May be a restart of the Server is required ( may be some services are down).
