Hi ..Deepu ,

Check V/06 ( Maintain of Ctype ) of ur rebate condition type .

Otherwise You can make it in manual basis in billing .

Hi,

Use VBO1 and create rebate agreement.

Enter your material and rebate per unit and click on scale icon in menu and give details of scale.

Ex-from 1 to 100-100Rs

from 101 to 200-200RS and so on

And save document .

This way u can maintain rebate scales.

Hi Deepu,

In rebates you can have scale for the rebate condition, this is standard functionality, you will need to have the scale indicator activated for the rebate condition, as it should be.

On the other hand there is no scale for accruals in rebate

This is the reason why you can't change the accruals value depending on the scale.

That means that you might have to maintain (manually) the accrual value depending on the current sales volume.

No, that's not nice.

A few of my Consulting customers are not happy with that.

Dear Franck

Why SAP is not supporting diffrent accruals in scales? This is a standard process in business process.

Is there any notes supporting to maintain diffrent accruals in scales?

Hi Deepu,

This is a limitation of the standard system. Probably SAP consider that it's not needed for most customers and that it can be solved manually.

Is there any notes supporting to maintain different accruals in scales

I don't think so, I looked very well when I had the same problem.

Good luck!

Hi Srinath,

Sorry to say that there is nothing in the release notes of SAP ERP 5.0 or 6.0 regarding scales for accruals in rebate.

I don't think that SAP has any plan to implement this functionality.

Hi Franck

I do agree with your words that there are no Release notes in SAP ERP 5.0 or 6.0 regarding accrual scales.

That is the reason i said i am customizing and changing the standard configuration and checking in my sandbox server

Hi All,

When u pay off in final settlement, it pays off according to the scale maintained but in credit memo , it shows Material Rebate $600.00 but material rebate accrual has only $400.00, How FI will adjust difference of $200/-?

Thanks,

Manish

The final settlement (closing) of the agreement makes the accruals adjustment automatically in FI.

You should get accruals = zero when the agreement is finally settled.

This is standard SAP Rebate functionality.
