Hi
we use Service Desk via Webdynpro. Customer can create messages without any issue (Role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE and SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN assign) But when i set the message to customer action he can not answer, " You are not authorized to perform this function"
Confirm the message is allowed.
Which autorization do we need?

I think you need to assign SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS to customer user ID as well by copying standard role to Z* role and restrict the authorization at second level.
Cheers

When you reply , the system do the following authority check:
AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT 'CRM_TXT_ID'
ID 'TEXTOBJECT' DUMMY
ID 'TEXTID' FIELD l_text_id
ID 'ACTVT' FIELD '02'.
So the text id you need to reply should be added to your authority object. For example, SU30 or SU15.
