Purchase order issue

Hello all,

I need your help with an issue in SRM

We are facing some strange issues with purchase orders that are created in SRM

1) I have deleted PO 56XXXXXXX1 this morning.

2) Requisition 1XXXXXX became available again in the Sourcing Worklist

3) Using this requisition I created 56XXXXXXX2.

4) After some time the requisition became 1XXXXXXX visible again for the second time.

Having the requisition available again will lead to the risk that the Po will be created again and therefore we will have double PO's created in the system.

Have you experienced this issue as well? What was the solution to get this fixed?

Hi

There are many sourcing relevant notes which you can check for this issue. You can check for following notes based on your SRM release and Support level.

Note 1088315 - External Requirement: Sourcing ind. flag is wrongly set

Note 649551 - Completed items reappear in sourcing
