How to transfer the Fields in a T code to Excel Screen

I am using a T code CJ40 for the cost planning. This T Code has screen with various fields with it.

I want to take all this fields in excel sheet. Is there any way to do that?

hi raghunandan,

alternatively you can do it manually.. (if your desire is simply to copy the data for ordinary reference)

make sure the screen is active by clicking the mouse on one of the data fields..

then press CTRL Y and a Crossmark/Crosshair will appear.. you can now drag and highlight the fields you want to copy..

than press CTRL C and press CTRL V on Excel..

this is very basic functionality but im surprised others dont want to use this method..

limitation of this is that you cant scroll while highlighting data..

As per I knew, there is no option to convert in to excel from cj40 t code.

Or(in cj40u2026.systemu2026.listu2026saveu2026.localfileu2026.just try)

Have u look on this reportsu2026u2026. s_alr_87013533 u2026u2026cje0u2026..u can export.

Plz correct me if im wrong.

As chandra mentioned the path the field local file will grey out. you have use use appropriate report to satisfy your requirement & use export to Spread-sheet funcationality there.
