Im facing the following error while creating a customer. "Please set authorisation group to <account group>. What could be the problem?

Hi,
In the General data --> Control data tab --> Authorization field you have assign a authorization group. It may be set as a mandatory field for you.

I see that 'authorization' field has optional entry only and not mandatory. Looks like that may not be the reason.
Still, what should be the value I should give in the authorization field? Is it defined in any settings?

Hi Aparna
As you are getting error ,check in General data --> Control data tab --> Authorization field (check if it is mandatory or not)
If Authorization feild is mandatory then go to OBD2 and select your account group and in your account group select the general data tab and select the Authorization feild , if it is mandatory then make it optional and save it
