Is there any standard report for getting the change history of PO's?

Hi U can use this FM.

ME_CHANGES_READ

and ME_READ_CHANGES_EINKBELEG

example

call function 'ME_CHANGES_READ'

exporting

document_category = it_ekko-bstyp

document_number = it_ekko-ebeln

date_of_change = it_nast-datvr

time_of_change = it_nast-uhrvr

tables

xcdhdr = it_cdhdr.
