Hi Gurus,

Suppose I have one customer with high risk category. After some time , I want to change his risk category as medium. Is it possible. If possible how we can change.?

Dear Jyothi

It is possible to change a cusotmer from High Risk to Medium Risk.

To make the necessary changes please go to Transaction Code # FD32. Enter Cusotmer number and credit control area.

Enter the Risk of the customer in Risk Category Fieldin this filed you can mention the risk of the cusotmer) and save the document.

If you have any concerns revert back the same

Hi,

Goto FD32-->select the status check box -->Internal data - change the risk category.

And also maintain the automatic credit control area determination in T.code OVA8, for that credit control area, risk category, credit group.

Go FD32 enter customer number & credit control area, go STATUS in credit control area data. Here you can change the risk category to desired

Hi Jyothi,

we can Change the Customer Risk Category in FD32.

Select the Status Option, when u r entering into Credit management data.

You will be having an option to change.
