hii,

We have migrated from NWDS WAS 6.40 to 7...after which we tested all the dc's after transporting...most of them are running fine but two of them throwing errors during deployment without showing any depreciated code.

errror during deployment :

Result

=> deployment aborted : file:/C:/DOCUME1/282309/LOCALS1/Temp/temp52929ltil.comdarpandc_actualallocation.ear

Aborted: development component 'darpan/dc_actualallocation'/'ltil.com'/'LOKAL'/'0.2009.01.20.15.22.19'/'0':

Caught exception during application deployment from SAP J2EE Engine's deploy service:

java.rmi.RemoteException: Cannot deploy application ltil.com/darpandc_actualallocation.. Reason: Clusterwide exception: Failed to deploy application ltil.com/darpandc_actualallocation. Check causing exception for details (trace file). Hint: Are all referenced components deployed and available on the engine?; nested exception is: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.DeploymentException: Clusterwide exception: Failed to deploy application ltil.com/darpan~dc_actualallocation. Check causing exception for details (trace file). Hint: Are all referenced components deployed and available on the engine?

(message ID: com.sap.sdm.serverext.servertype.inqmy.extern.EngineApplOnlineDeployerImpl.performAction(DeploymentActionTypes).REMEXC)

Deployment exception : The deployment of at least one item aborted

Any clues on this ???

Hi Parama,

From the error trace, it looks like that this actualallocation ear has dependency on some other things.

You will need to deploy all the dependencies first & then have to deploy this.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

try to delete the component (from the nwa console).

Then redeploy.

You may need to recreate the JCO destinations.

Take care.

Hi,

Few reasons for this exceptions are discussed [here |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?path=/display/wdjava/clusterwideexception-FailedtodeployWebDynprocontentforapplication]

Please check this if it is useful to you.
