How to make Posting in CJ20N Tcode

Hi Friends,

I am very new to this issue.

I want to create a project and create a WBS element for that project Which i have done..

Now if want to do posting for that project what tcode should i use.

Plz Let me know the clear steps one by one for doing the posting.

If you can get me the full cycle like creating project then WBS element and then posting ,

that will also be very helpful..

I am not sure whether what i have created till now itself is right.

So, if u ppl can give me full procedure step by step it will be really helpful to me

Hi,

1. create project definition using t-code cj06.

2. use t-code cj20n and create wbs elements and networks under the project definition u have created.

3. use t-code cj30 to assign budget to the project.

4. u can assign materials required at activities in networks in the screens in cj20n.

5. then u have to release ur project and release the budget assigned.

i do not understand what do u mean by posting here, what do u want to post here.

I wanna posting for Internal order External order .Is that possible to do posting for that..

Actually using CJ30 i am able to post the budget..How will u release it .Please help me on all this

Cj32 is for hte releasing budget. Dhruv has righly pointed out what is your exact requirement than forum will help you in better way.

Sorry guys if am not clear..

Since i am new to this Project System i am not able to ask wat i want..

In simple could you please tell me the tables mainly used for this creation of project using CJ20N

All the integrated tables if specified is helpful..

Else if u can give step by step procedure on how to create project Then WBS element Then Network activity Budget posting and then releasing the budget then it wil be really helpful to me..

you'll not be doing budget posting.

You'll plan for the Budget(CJ30) & release it(CJ32).
