Hello All,
I wann to upgrade the patch level of my SAPECC6.0/MSsql 2005 server
I put the support patckeges in approvl list from www.service.sap.com
then login to solution manger and go trough the following steps
1)DSWP
2)select Change management
3)support package stack
4)Maintenance optimizer
5) Product version = sap ecc 6.0
6)continue
7)select files for ECC6.0
After that there is new internet window open and massage is " NO DAT Available"
so please any one tell me steps to approve the patches from solution manger
or if i am missing some step to follow
Thanks in advance......
Hi Patil,
you need to use the same s-user id which is same as the one used while downloading the support packages and it should be the same s-user id which is used while configuring the maintenance optimizer.

Hi ,
First login to Marketplace with OSS ID (Same ID which is linked to your solution in SolMan) and select the patches you require , which will come to your approval queue in Download Manager.
Login to your Solution Manager, Go to solution where you have linked your above OSS ID.
Now if you go to Maintainence Optimizer , you shoud be able to see all the files listed in Approval queue.
Cheers

Hi,
Pls Check the transaction code AISUSER and confirm that the user you are using to login SolMan has assigned the same OSS User ID which you have used to upload patches from service market place to approval list.
If it is not then use the same OSS ID or relevant user ID with your OSS ID.
Regards!
Best way is ..
Go to https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/okp
From the left hand side select your solution from the list .. say Solution Manager 7.0
You can see "Select your learning Map"
in that select "Technology Consultant and System Administrator"
you can find all the SIM files there ... (Simulators)
I think in Technical Configuration you will get all the steps....
