I am not sure but its not logical.

How you can use 64bit kernel with 32bit DB.

I suggest you keep 32bit SAP, 32bit oracle 9.2 db.

Do upgradation of oracle 9.2 to 10.2 32bit.

Take offline / cold backup of 32bit 10.2 db

Install X64bit OS, 64bit SAP, 64bit Oracle Software

Restore offfline / cold backup and migrate to x64bit.

Copy Oracle Datafiles, Controlfiles, online redolog files.

If you not much confort with ORACLE DBA Activity do export/import method.

Dear Systemcopy takes more time then DB cold backup and restore.

But what ever comfortable for you, you can use.

Please do not do duplicate posting.

Already replied in SAP ERP 6.0 Upgrade.

Oracle Did not release oracle 9.2 for X64.

You have to upgrade first from 32bit to 10g 32bit and then migrate to 10g x64bit.
