Alerts triggering 100s of mail Mails box is full of Alert mails

Hi all

i have a interface which is File to proxy, where my file is 0 byte,( no data) since we have configured a Alert for errors , i am getting hundred of mails please help me

Hi

This is because of poll interval(Sender file adapter).For the same error it is giving those many mail.

check the box "Suppress Multiple Alerts" for not to get many error email notifications for a single

error.

Tempororay solutions...

1. Remove the emial ID from the User (t-code- SU01)

2. Remove the User from Fixed recipent list of the alert category (t-code ALRTCATDEF)

Once you stop the alerts coming in to your inbox you can look into the real issue Why the Alerts are triggering.
