Hi Parag,

Output Determination is possible from Customer Master and Condition Technique.

Maximum times condition technique is used for output determination.

to create output using condition technique take this example of Order Conformation.

Menu Path - IMG - SD - Basic Function - Output Determination - Output Determination using condition Technique - Maintain Output determination for Sales Document.

Here you will find BA00 is output type for Order Conformation with Acc Seq 0003 (Sales Org/ Customer)

Use this as it is, and just check Assignments are correctly don or not for 1. Access Seq,

2. Check output type is assigned to partner function SP.

3. Whether output type (BA00) is assigned to output type Output Determination Procedure (V10000)

4. check output determination procedure and output type is assigned to Sales Document Type.

Lastly go to Easy Access - VV11

Menu Path - Logistic - SD - Master Data - Output - Sales Document - Create

Here you have to maintain data for Sales Org and customer, use partner function SP.

Go to Communication and set your printer and output Device (LP01 - Printout Immediately and Sap coverpage.)

Save it and create order and check output.

for output determination you need to do some configuratuin

IMGSDBASIC FUNCTION--OUTPUT CONTROL-OUTPUT DERMINATION

Do all configuration for sals document and billing document also define print parameter

maintain condition record by VV11 for sales order

and VV21 for delivery

and VV31 for Invoice

then go to Va02 put order no . go to sale documet on main menu bar and select isuue output

do it then you will get out put

Hi Parag,

For output determination you need to do some configuration in SPRO T.Code.

IMG>Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Output Control>Output determination-->Output determination using condition technique.

We have to create a condition record for the output.

For sales order output we have to create a condition record by using the T.Code VV11.

For Shipping We have to create a condition record using VV21.

For Billing document We have to create a condition record using VV31.

For all the above use the proper key combinaton.
