Error during GR

Dear Experts,

While making GR, it throws error message like 'material is blocked for quality reasons'. I have verified for material block in Q'Info record, Consecutive lots acceptance & Material master and found no block exists.

Where i do check for the same further and how to resolve the issue??

If the error occurs as vendor block instead of material block, what checks i needs to follow?

Pls guide.

It seems the vendor is been blocked. Check in MK05. There you will find Block vendor for quality reasons

Hi,

Check whether any status profile is assigned to the Quality Info Record. If it is assigned & final status is not reached, the system will not allow you to make GR till the UD is made to the preveous inspection lot.
